Zero PO Box

Qatar Post offers this service for residents of Qatar who do not wish to have their own P.O. Box or are infrequent mail recipients.

This service allows you to receive mail without having a mailing address of your own. It is important, however, that your name and mobile phone number are clearly written on the parcel that is sent to you. Once your item arrives to our offices, we will notify you in order to come and collect it from Qatar Post- General Post office.

We now offer the collection service at all branch locations. Once your item is received by Qatar Post, we will contact you to check which of our Branches or General Post office you would like to collect your item from.

For a nominal fee of QAR 15 per item received, you can benefit from our Zero Box service by collecting the item from the General Post Office (GPO). This service also offers a delivery option to the address of your choice for QAR 25 per item, and QAR 15 for each additional item available for delivery on the same day. When we contact you, all we need is your full address (Zone, street and building numbers).
